Belonging to Japan's casual dining known as "teppanyaki", Okonomiyaki (which literally means 'grill your favourites') spread across Japan . Originally a "survival street food", as it faced a food crisis right after atomic bomb at the end of World War II. It has been evolved, upgraded by including additional nutritional ingredients and rich sauces.
