COOKING WORKSHOP
2-hour workshop designed to give you a short-cut know-how in cooking authentic and trendy Japanese dishes. A workshop covers the cookery demonstration and DIY, a partly try by yourself. You will also learn its historical background and evolution as well as the newest nutrition science.
CULTURAL ENTERTAINMENT
This workshop consists of two activities combined with cooking demonstration. For example, when you are interested in Origami (paper folding art), we could bake Japanese cake with it alongside. This can be extended to a party entertainment for more guests and wider generation. Brilliant idea for a birthday party!
Wherever, e.g. at your home, rental space, seminar house or holiday cottage, I will assist to arrange a big party with the workshop program. Please make an inquiry for availability for free of charge.
'Ost' Nostalgie private litchen: House is locating at the Eastern part of 'DDR', the house reserved typical end 40's housing style called Siedlerhaus. And I added some design of 70's Tokyo style in my kitchen. A cozy tiny place for a group less than 8 people.
Japan Garten & Ryokan Keiss-En is a traditional Japanese Inn of bliss and serenity - The only place in Europe where you can experience the garden, architecture, cuisine and hospitality of Japan. A large party room is available for a group from 8 people.

Akiko zaubert und dafür auch unsere Eier verwendet. Darum haben wir sie 2018 eingeladen unsere "Osteraktion", ein Kundengeschenk zum Osterfest, zu kreieren und etwas Besonderes für unsere Kunden zu backen.
